It's official: the fans of Paul Walker will have one last chance to see their heroes on the big screen.
After much speculation as to whether the actor of 40 years would appear in Fast & Furious 7  after his tragic death in a car accident Saturday, November 30 , Universal Pictures has confirmed that Walker will appear in the final part of the film franchise, including the U.S. release is scheduled for April 10, 2015. 
"Continuing their international exploits in this franchise based on speed,  Vin Diesel and Paul Walker will take a leading role again in FAST & FURIOUS 7, which will be distributed by Universal Pictures and will be released April 10, 2015, "said the studio in a press release. " James Wan  realizes the last part of this successful series, and Neal H. Moritz and Vin Diesel return as producers. "

The announcement came a day after Diesel left a message on Facebook  with a picture of him with his co-star and close friend and revealed the release date of the film.
"The last scene we shot together ... There was this unique sense of accomplishment and pride that we share ... for this movie we were going to finish ... magic ... and immortalized progress ... Fast & Furious 7 out ... April 10, 2015 ", he has written.
He concluded the message by touching a nod to his friend, adding: ". Ps He wants you to know first"

Fast & Furious 7  was being filmed at the time of the sudden death of Walker and more than 60 percent of the film had already been shot.
The cast and crew just returned from Atlanta and they were to meet in Abu Dhabi in January to shoot some additional scenes, including the opening scene of action.
After the death of Walker,  Universal issued a press release  saying that it is "our responsibility to stop the filming of Fast & Furious 7  for some time to evaluate the different options available to us to continue the franchise. "
No other details were revealed about the progress of the rest of the shoot without Walker.
